Zine Release: Rotten Milk Teeth

zine titled rotten milk teeth with rosary atop pile of other zines with varied covers

My new zine, Rotten Milk Teeth, is now available on itch for physical purchase.

A character study of gentle wickedness, wrapped in frills and rotting lace, this is a handcrafted physical zine for adult readers, part collage and part prose. This is a piece of literature that deals unflinchingly and explicitly with cycles of abuse, trauma, csa, cocsa, female predators, and fucked up families; reader discretion is advised.

Each handcrafted physical zine is printed on pink and blue interior paper with a random floral, lace-punched cover.

As of late, I’ve been reading short stories after picking up Harlan Ellison’s Greatest Hits collection. I enjoy the quick glimpse into something—characters, places, ideas, what have you—that short stories provide, not unlike poetry. With this zine, I wanted to use sex as a character study, to create something upsetting in a saccharine package, and to lean into the collage, typography, and xeroxing (at least in style) tradition of zines.

I hope if you pick up a copy that you enjoy it.
